/api/v1/my-devices/:device_id/rebind-targets

Mosques the caller — not the device — holds an approved membership of. Ownership of device_id is not checked here: the list is the same set regardless of which unit is asking, and rebind re-checks ownership and membership itself at the moment it matters.
