GET 
/api/v1/device-registry/devices/:device_id

One device, with the open assignment and ownership rows beside it.

Both are returned rather than only the cached mosque_id / owner_user_id columns, because those two are a read cache and the drawer is where a disagreement between cache and history would first be visible.
